Sharon C. Tiffany
Sharon C. Tiffany, a senior associate of the firm, focuses her practice in the areas of medical malpractice, personal injury, commercial litigation and general litigation.
She received a bachelor’s degree in management in 1985 from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke, in Pembroke, NC, a master’s degree in business administration in 1991 from the Nova Southeastern University, in Fort Lauderdale, FL, and graduated with honors in 1994 from The Florida State University College of Law, in Tallahassee, FL. During law school, Ms. Tiffany was a member of the moot court team and the Journal of Transnational Law & Policy.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Tiffany worked with several Florida law firms and with Lee County Legal Aid Society in Fort Myers, FL. She also worked as staff counsel for Rinker Materials in West Palm Beach, FL.
Ms. Tiffany taught insurance law as an adjunct professor at the University of North Dakota School of Law in Grand Forks, ND, and paralegal studies at the University of Miami, IMG Studies, in Tampa, FL.
Ms. Tiffany is admitted to The Florida Bar (1995) and practices before the U.S. Circuit Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.
Her professional activities include participation as a former board member of the Young Lawyers Division of the Florida Bar’s Board of Governors and the Caribbean Bar Association.
