In addition to heading the firm’s trial support and appellate practice, she has extensive experience with medical, legal and other professional malpractice claims, physician-credentialing, insurance coverage, and other personal injury matters. Ms. Klauber also provides legal support and guidance for local government and school district clients in areas ranging from personal injury to employment litigation in both the civil and administrative arenas.
Her professional activities include active participation as a former board member of the Young Lawyers Section of the Broward County Bar Association, and an active member of the Appellate Section of the Broward County Bar Association, for whom she recently presented a seminar entitled, “Do I need an appellate lawyer before the appeal?” She previously served on the Florida Bar’s Appellate Court Rules Committee and the Civil Procedure Rules Committee, as well as several Florida Bar Grievance Committees in the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit.
An alumnus of Leadership Broward (Class XX), Ms. Klauber has been involved in her community as a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity, and the Women of Tomorrow, a youth mentoring organization. She currently sits on the Advisory Board for the South Florida Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and is the Secretary and a member of the Board of Directors of the Team Swoop Youth Basketball Academy, Inc.
