Richard L. Wagenheim is Of Counsel with Haliczer Pettis & Schwamm and a partner of Wagenheim & Wagner, P.A. Richard has been designated by The Florida Bar as a Board-Certified Specialist in the area of Workers’ Compensation.

Richard focuses his practice on workers’ compensation and sports law, representing injured and disabled workers, as well as professional athletes with career ending injuries, including concussions.

A past director of Florida Workers’ Advocates, Richard has lobbied during legislative sessions on behalf of the rights of injured workers.

Richard routinely accepts invitations to speak about workers’ compensation and sports law topics.
